What to Expect

Psychotherapy services for individuals are typically 60 minutes, 75 minutes for couples and families. The initial session is an assessment session, used to gather information and narratives regarding the presenting concerns. By the end of our first session, the intention is to have clearly established treatment goals for our time together. Session lengths and frequencies are determined by the clinician and the client collaboratively.

Although we are experts in our fields, you are the expert on your life. While each of our clinicians comes from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, our shared philosophy is to deliver evidence based, humanistic, integrative, and holistic psychotherapy with a warm and compassionate approach.
